Oranje is the Dutch translation for the color orange. We have all seen the Dutch speed skaters sporting their orange outfits during the Olympics; we have all enjoyed watching the exciting Dutch national soccer team compete at many European and World Cups wearing orange jerseys. Even Martin Verkerk, the only Dutch tennis player to reach the finals (singles) of Roland Garros, was sporting orange wristbands on the tennis court.

Orange is the National color of the Netherlands and we are truly proud of showing it. Members of the Royal Dutch family are considered descendants of the "Huis van Oranje" (House of Orange). Truth be told, orange is our favorite color!
